The Efficiency trials was held yesterday 4th August 2018. Even though there was only 3 members taking part this year. Still was a nice turn out by a lot of members. Mostly for the pie and peas lunch.

Each member was given 2lb of coal at the start (more if needed) and to 15 laps, then to give your coal in and continue till the loco stops.

1st Rob Hall – 21 2/3 laps  20oz of coal used = return of 1lb 4oz

2nd Mike Barnett 18 2/3 laps 22oz of coal used = return of 9 1/2oz

3rd Tony Holdsworth 15 laps 3lb of coal used = return 0
